This artwork presents four of my favorite artists: Paul Cézanne, Marcel Duchamp, Jackson Pollock, and Andy Warhol. Paul Cézanne was the first painter I studied after i began to study art history; it was during this process that I gradually got to know and fall in love with impressionist paintings. Marcel Duchamp, Jackson Pollock and Andy Warhol subverted my definition of “art” with their work — “Fountain”, “Mural”, and “Campbell’s Soup Cans”
