In response to the challenge of keeping New York apartments cool and quiet in the summer, we designed a Remote AC Controller App. This app helps reduce noise pollution from in-unit air conditioners, which is a significant issue for residents, especially those living in studios or one-bedroom apartments.
The app allows users to control their air conditioners remotely, set schedules, and adjust temperature presets. This minimizes the need for constant manual adjustments and reduces noise exposure, helping improve the quality of life and health for New Yorkers.
